Job Description
Sales and Marketing Executive promoting Stanley Black & Decker tools through product support, training, demonstrations, and consultative selling. Managing dealer relationships and customer success across UK and Ireland territories.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert product support
- Deliver impactful product training
- Troubleshoot technical challenges
- Promote innovative products to end users, dealers, and industry stakeholders
- Enhance customer relationships and drive sales success
- Execute targeted marketing activities
- Share product knowledge and provide technical training
- Work with sales to convert leads into loyal customers
- Conduct joint activities and lead product demonstrations at dealer events
- Represent the company at events and coordinate with partners
- Lead product testing sessions
- Use consultative selling to match customers with suitable solutions
- Deliver tailored training on product use, safety, and certifications
- Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
- Gather customer insights for product improvement
Requirements:
- Recent business-related degree
- Applications welcomed from recent graduates and candidates with early career experience
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales, marketing, or technical support within the tools, industrial, or hardware sectors (Preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and train diverse audiences
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Full UK driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK
- Technical expertise and solution-based selling capability
