Job Description

Sales Assistant supporting wholesale sales team by managing customer communications and operational tasks for LATAM division. Focusing on organized sales processes and administrative tasks for increased efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with existing customers and warm leads via WhatsApp, email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain and update internal systems with customer interactions, notes, and order status.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and order updates.
  • Prepare and send inventory lists, product catalogs, and pricing sheets to customers.
  • Schedule meetings and calls for members of the sales team.
  • Track outstanding quotes and notify the team about deals that require follow-up.
  • Assist with payment follow-ups and account reconciliation tasks.
  • Compile and deliver daily and weekly reports on sales activity and pipeline updates.
  • Support general administrative tasks related to sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Schedule & Preferred Time Zone: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and reliability in administrative tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive follow-up and accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and requests simultaneously
  • Tools Required: WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, CRM Platforms, LinkedIn, and Email and Communication Tools.
