Job Description
Independent contractor in sales and business development, engaging clients and managing onboarding processes. Requires remote work experience and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in scheduled training and development sessions (virtual)
- Use company-approved systems and materials to engage with prospective clients
- Conduct structured introductory conversations to understand individual goals and share relevant program information
- Guide interested individuals through defined onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance and professionalism standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Background in sales, consulting, management, business development, training, HR, or other client-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and follow established processes
- Interest in ongoing professional development
