Job Description

Team Lead managing sales team at SEHYOG Academy, driving admissions and revenue growth. Overseeing strategy implementation and leading educational consulting efforts for UK clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize admissions and revenue growth
  • Monitor daily sales activities, call quality, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
  • Handle high-priority prospects and complex admissions consultations
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Proven experience leading and managing sales teams
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
