Job Description
Business Development Manager at HireGummy focusing on lead conversion across AU and US markets. Engaging warm leads and executing outreach while managing a multi-channel pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Re-engage existing warm leads in GHL first — these are your priority
- Pick up fresh Meta leads (AU + US) same day via call, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Qualify prospects, run discovery calls and demos, handle objections
- Secure deposit and manage full cycle through to specialist start
- Use company social accounts to identify and pitch warm prospects
- Focus on businesses posting about hiring challenges or growth
- Run outreach sequences across multiple accounts using Waalaxy
- Move conversations off-platform into booked calls
- Set up in-person Sydney meetings with the co-founder for local prospects
- Report weekly on volume, reply rate, and meetings booked
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales closes — warm and aged leads, not just fresh inbound
- Hands-on GoHighLevel experience — no CRM training provided
- Confident on the phone, not just over email or LinkedIn
- LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel pipeline management
- Self-directed with no need for daily oversight
- Can operate across AU and US time zones
