Job Description

Business Development Manager at HireGummy focusing on lead conversion across AU and US markets. Engaging warm leads and executing outreach while managing a multi-channel pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Re-engage existing warm leads in GHL first — these are your priority
  • Pick up fresh Meta leads (AU + US) same day via call, SMS, or WhatsApp
  • Qualify prospects, run discovery calls and demos, handle objections
  • Secure deposit and manage full cycle through to specialist start
  • Use company social accounts to identify and pitch warm prospects
  • Focus on businesses posting about hiring challenges or growth
  • Run outreach sequences across multiple accounts using Waalaxy
  • Move conversations off-platform into booked calls
  • Set up in-person Sydney meetings with the co-founder for local prospects
  • Report weekly on volume, reply rate, and meetings booked

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales closes — warm and aged leads, not just fresh inbound
  • Hands-on GoHighLevel experience — no CRM training provided
  • Confident on the phone, not just over email or LinkedIn
  • LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel pipeline management
  • Self-directed with no need for daily oversight
  • Can operate across AU and US time zones
