Job Description

Business Developer responsible for closing sales and supporting potential students at L'atelier des Chefs. Engaging with leads and facilitating their journey to enrollment in training programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact incoming leads (B2C) generated by our marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.)
  • Understand prospects' projects to help them find the right training program, guide them through the process, and answer their questions
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to contract signing
  • Be proactive in proposing improvements to the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Persistent, tenacious, and strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable on the phone and able to adapt your communication style
  • Solution-oriented and proactive in offering ideas
  • Autonomous while maintaining a genuine team spirit
  • Knowledge of the training/education sector is a real plus!
