Job Description
Sales Consultant responsible for B2B channel sales at Nonstop Administration, focusing on healthcare services. Engaging with clients to build relationships and ensure excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new client and channel partner leads
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and presentations with prospects
- Conduct consultative prospect meetings with Producers, Account Managers, and Leadership
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with preferred partners
- Prepare financial analysis proposals
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Work closely with a team of coordinators, sales, marketing, and account management members
Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales
- 2+ years in B2B channel sales
- Healthcare benefits or insurance experience required
- Health & Life Insurance License required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with preparing proposals and financial analysis
- Experience with carrying and closing quota
- Consultative selling, financial analysis, CRM expertise
- Proficiency in relevant AI tools and technologies
