Job Description

Sales Consultant responsible for B2B channel sales at Nonstop Administration, focusing on healthcare services. Engaging with clients to build relationships and ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new client and channel partner leads
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Conduct consultative prospect meetings with Producers, Account Managers, and Leadership
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with preferred partners
  • Prepare financial analysis proposals
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Work closely with a team of coordinators, sales, marketing, and account management members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in sales
  • 2+ years in B2B channel sales
  • Healthcare benefits or insurance experience required
  • Health & Life Insurance License required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with preparing proposals and financial analysis
  • Experience with carrying and closing quota
  • Consultative selling, financial analysis, CRM expertise
  • Proficiency in relevant AI tools and technologies
