Job Description
Sales Assistant working remotely in Germany supporting the Sales Team with administrative tasks and CRM management. Contributes to efficient sales operations and lead qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks
- Maintain and update CRM data (e.g., leads, contacts, opportunities)
- Prepare quotes, tenders, presentations and contract documents
- Follow up on quotes, appointments and outstanding to-dos
- Assist with the qualification of incoming leads
- Take on additional administrative and recurring tasks in daily sales operations
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
- High reliability, self-initiative and a quick learner
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with CRM systems desirable
- Proficient in using online databases, conducting online research and social networks
- Fluent written and spoken German and good command of English
