Job Description

Sales Assistant working remotely in Germany supporting the Sales Team with administrative tasks and CRM management. Contributes to efficient sales operations and lead qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update CRM data (e.g., leads, contacts, opportunities)
  • Prepare quotes, tenders, presentations and contract documents
  • Follow up on quotes, appointments and outstanding to-dos
  • Assist with the qualification of incoming leads
  • Take on additional administrative and recurring tasks in daily sales operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • High reliability, self-initiative and a quick learner
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems desirable
  • Proficient in using online databases, conducting online research and social networks
  • Fluent written and spoken German and good command of English
