Job Description

Business Development Manager focusing on consultative B2B sales in Norway for NCH Europe. Progress into leadership while developing customer partnerships and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win new business within your assigned territory
  • Develop long-term customer partnerships
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting (cold & warm outreach)
  • Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and forecasting
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Become an expert in our structured sales process
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organisation, and CRM utilisation
  • Build credibility as a top-performing sales professional
  • Develop mentoring and coaching skills alongside experienced leaders

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales success, particularly in new account acquisition
  • Consistent track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others (advantageous)
  • Clear ambition to progress into leadership
  • Consultative, value-driven selling style
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and performance-focused
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
  • Valid driving licence
