Job Description
Sales Development Representative supporting sales outreach at B2B Realty. Responsible for lead research, cold outreach, and appointment setting in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Research real estate investors, property owners, real estate agents, brokers, bloggers, website owners, journalists, and other relevant contacts.
- Build clean, accurate prospect lists with names, titles, emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, company details, and relevant notes.
- Send outreach messages through email, LinkedIn, SMS, and other approved channels.
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
- Help book qualified appointments for Sales Associates and the Sales Manager.
- Support the sales team with follow-up messages to existing leads.
- Track outreach activity organized and up to date.
Requirements:
- Experience in outbound sales and appointment setting is a must.
- Experience in partnerships outreach, link-building outreach, or PR outreach is a plus.
- Strong written English.
- Comfortable with email, LinkedIn, and SMS outreach.
- Able to research prospects carefully and build accurate lead lists.
- Organized, consistent, and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Comfortable working remotely and reporting progress clearly.
- Willing to learn tools such as LeadSimple, RingCentral, Apollo, PropStream, and AI search tools.
- Basic understanding of the real estate and property management industry in the US is not required, but a plus.
