Job Description

Sales Development Representative offering expert financial advice and managing client accounts. Engaging in sales activities and maintaining strong client relationships remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client accounts by providing tailored financial solutions that meet individual needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for clients.
  • Engage in inside sales activities, including calling warm lead potential clients to generate sales.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance client portfolios and increase overall satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial data to provide informed recommendations and strategies for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong background in sales with demonstrated success in lead generation and closing deals is a plus.
  • Familiarity with market trends and the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in cold calling and upselling is a plus.
