Job Description

Sales Development Representative (SDR) focusing on U.S. market. Conducting prospecting and managing data using HubSpot CRM remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct multichannel prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the U.S. sales team.
  • Manage prospect data and follow-up using HubSpot CRM.
  • Report activity and performance metrics.
  • Identify new decision makers and navigate accounts independently.

Requirements:

  • C1 level English (spoken and written).
  • Up to 4 years of B2B prospecting experience.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM.
  • Understanding of the U.S. market.
  • Confident and consultative communication style.
  • Nice-to-have:
  • Active LinkedIn profile.
  • Experience in agriculture or fresh food distribution.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working with international teams.
