Job Description

Sales Development Representative driving new business through lead generation and closing sales. Involves client communication, marketing execution, and a performance-driven compensation structure.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate website marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other lead generation channels
  • Execute advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and generate appointments
  • Help identify potential marketing gaps and opportunities
  • Primarily focus on execution of campaigns, with some strategic input welcomed
  • Generate and/or work leads to book qualified appointments
  • Earn commissions based on booked appointments (marketing side)
  • Close sales and earn commissions based on performance (sales side)

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (customer-facing role)
  • Comfortable in client conversations
  • Sales-comfortable personality (not necessarily extensive sales background, but must be confident)
  • Experience or familiarity with marketing platforms and campaign execution
  • Results-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
