Job Description
Sales Development Representative driving new business through lead generation and closing sales. Involves client communication, marketing execution, and a performance-driven compensation structure.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate website marketing efforts including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other lead generation channels
- Execute advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and generate appointments
- Help identify potential marketing gaps and opportunities
- Primarily focus on execution of campaigns, with some strategic input welcomed
- Generate and/or work leads to book qualified appointments
- Earn commissions based on booked appointments (marketing side)
- Close sales and earn commissions based on performance (sales side)
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (customer-facing role)
- Comfortable in client conversations
- Sales-comfortable personality (not necessarily extensive sales background, but must be confident)
- Experience or familiarity with marketing platforms and campaign execution
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
