Job Description
Sales Development Representative generating leads for the marketing team in Manila, NCR. Responsible for outreach, nurturing leads, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Spearheading revenue growth by identifying and qualifying prospective customers
- Collaborating with sales and marketing team
- Developing territory plan based on regional strategy
- Researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs
- Using various tools to identify potential customers
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Contacting potential customers to set up discovery calls
- Following up on inbound leads promptly
- Nurturing leads through targeted outreach campaigns
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads
- Using automation tools to track daily, weekly, and monthly progress
- Providing feedback to sales and marketing teams on lead quality
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Salesloft)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or related field is a plus
