Job Description
Sales Enablement Lead at Freshpaint, improving sales training and strategies for healthcare-focused SaaS compliance. Enhance field execution and drive revenue growth in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute on best in class sales training and certification in order to Increase deal quality, win rate consistency, and time to impact for Freshpaint 3.0
- Enablement System Ownership
- Build and run end-to-end enablement programs: Training, Practice, Certification, Reinforcement & Coaching while driving behavior change, not just content consumption
- Create a repeatable operating cadence for GTM enablement (not one-off trainings)
- Sales Productivity & Field Execution
- Translate PMM narratives into:
- Field-ready talk tracks
- Discovery frameworks
- Objection handling
- Deal qualification patterns
- Ensure reps can confidently:
- Run modern digital-marketing-oriented discovery
- Double-click on constraints (attribution, retargeting, governance, platform risk)
- Speak credibly to full-funnel marketing strategy
- Speak credibly to channel performance and attribution
- Serve as the connective tissue across:
- Product Marketing (content, positioning, launches)
- Sales and Customer Success Leadership (adoption, coaching, accountability)
- Maintain structured onboarding paths by role
Requirements:
- Proven GTM enablement leadership with 7–12+ years in sales enablement, GTM enablement, revenue productivity, or sales excellence roles
- Experience owning enablement outcomes in a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment with a deep understanding of modern B2B sales motions and how deals actually get done
- Proven track record of improving win rates, deal quality, or time-to-productivity through enablement
- Experience building enablement as a system, not a series of trainings
- Comfort implementing & owning tooling, processes, and operating cadences
- Experience working closely with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Leadership
- Experience designing certifications, practice environments, and reinforcement loops
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Ability to help reps speak credibly with sophisticated marketers (or orchestrate experts who can)
