Job Description

Vice President of US CPG Sales leading Crisp's sales organization for CPG brands. Focusing on revenue growth, team development, and go-to-market strategy while ensuring employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of enterprise sales directors and supporting functions
  • Own the US CPG segment revenue number
  • Define and execute the annual and quarterly sales plan
  • Partner with marketing on demand generation
  • Serve as Crisp's primary external-facing leader in the CPG ecosystem
  • Oversee Salesforce and sales tech stack strategy.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of progressive sales experience in SaaS, data/analytics, or CPG technology
  • 5+ years leading and managing sales teams
  • Demonstrated success building a sales organization
  • Track record of driving significant ARR growth
  • Deep domain expertise in the CPG and retail data ecosystem
  • Experience operating as a member of an executive or senior leadership team
  • Strong command of revenue forecasting
