Job Description

Sales Enablement Specialist contributing to digital learning and sales enablement experiences for Avaya. Supporting LMS administration and tracking learning initiatives in a proactive role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of digital learning and sales enablement experiences
  • Contribute to content creation
  • Support the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Help track adoption and performance of learning initiatives
  • Assist with operational tasks, content migration, and enhancement of the user experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting LMS or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo)
  • Strong content creation skills (PowerPoint, narrative structuring, microlearning videos)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-directed.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, database applications)
  • Strong attention to detail and practical judgment.
  • Strong English skills (oral and written)
