Job Description
Sales Enablement Specialist contributing to digital learning and sales enablement experiences for Avaya. Supporting LMS administration and tracking learning initiatives in a proactive role.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of digital learning and sales enablement experiences
- Contribute to content creation
- Support the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Help track adoption and performance of learning initiatives
- Assist with operational tasks, content migration, and enhancement of the user experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting LMS or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Docebo)
- Strong content creation skills (PowerPoint, narrative structuring, microlearning videos)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and self-directed.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, MS Project, database applications)
- Strong attention to detail and practical judgment.
- Strong English skills (oral and written)
