Job Description

Sales Manager leading the high-performing Immunology field sales team in the UK. Driving consistent sales performance and collaborating with cross-functional partners for business excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals
  • provide in-field coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities
  • develop and implement tactical sales plans that align with national, regional, and local account strategies
  • supervise and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, including clinical experts in respiratory disease
  • partner with internal teams and alliance collaborators to implement training programs and address market dynamics
  • ensure compliance with local codes of practice while maintaining the highest ethical standards
  • represent the UK sales team in international projects and cross-functional collaborations

Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced education is a plus)
  • 10+ years of biopharma experience
  • 5+ years in sales leadership within specialty care
  • proven track record of recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent
  • strong eye for business and analytical skills
  • proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems
  • established relationships with key opinion leaders and alliance management expertise
