Job Description
Sales Manager leading the high-performing Immunology field sales team in the UK. Driving consistent sales performance and collaborating with cross-functional partners for business excellence.
Responsibilities:
- recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals
- provide in-field coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities
- develop and implement tactical sales plans that align with national, regional, and local account strategies
- supervise and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, including clinical experts in respiratory disease
- partner with internal teams and alliance collaborators to implement training programs and address market dynamics
- ensure compliance with local codes of practice while maintaining the highest ethical standards
- represent the UK sales team in international projects and cross-functional collaborations
Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (advanced education is a plus)
- 10+ years of biopharma experience
- 5+ years in sales leadership within specialty care
- proven track record of recruiting, coaching, and retaining top talent
- strong eye for business and analytical skills
- proficiency in sales technology and CRM systems
- established relationships with key opinion leaders and alliance management expertise
