Job Description

Pre-Sales Solutions Manager leading a team of Solution Architects for Claro Enterprise Solutions. Responsible for customer-centric solutions and ensuring operational excellence in pre-sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale the Pre-Sales Solutions organization.
  • Own the end-to-end solutioning strategy for revenue generation.
  • Architect integrated, multi-domain solutions.
  • Establish and standardize the pre-sales operating model.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership.
  • Build and manage a high-impact partner ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery.
  • Drive operational excellence and performance management.
  • Develop talent and organizational capability.
  • Act as technology and market intelligence leader.
  • Oversee workload distribution and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related discipline.
  • 7-9 years IT Solution Architecture, Pre‑Sales, or Enterprise Architecture
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) (High proficiency)
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) ITIL V4 Upon Hire
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification Cybersecurity within 180 Days
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert Cloud Architecture Certification (Azure / AWS / GCP) within 180 Days
  • Enterprise Integration Engineer Certification TOGAF / Enterprise Architecture within 180 Days
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow within 180 Days
