Job Description
Pre-Sales Solutions Manager leading a team of Solution Architects for Claro Enterprise Solutions. Responsible for customer-centric solutions and ensuring operational excellence in pre-sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the Pre-Sales Solutions organization.
- Own the end-to-end solutioning strategy for revenue generation.
- Architect integrated, multi-domain solutions.
- Establish and standardize the pre-sales operating model.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership.
- Build and manage a high-impact partner ecosystem.
- Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery.
- Drive operational excellence and performance management.
- Develop talent and organizational capability.
- Act as technology and market intelligence leader.
- Oversee workload distribution and project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related discipline.
- 7-9 years IT Solution Architecture, Pre‑Sales, or Enterprise Architecture
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (High proficiency)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) ITIL V4 Upon Hire
- CompTIA Security+ Certification Cybersecurity within 180 Days
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert Cloud Architecture Certification (Azure / AWS / GCP) within 180 Days
- Enterprise Integration Engineer Certification TOGAF / Enterprise Architecture within 180 Days
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ServiceNow within 180 Days
