Job Description

Solutions Engineer focusing on Enterprise Networking and technical sales for Cisco's strategic accounts. Collaborating with Account Executives and providing technical guidance to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • customer-focused technical sales professional
  • ensures technical information and guidance is provided to the customer
  • delivers meaningful outcomes based on Cisco’s product and services portfolio
  • partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales technical function
  • showcase Cisco solutions
  • provide customer presentations
  • perform technical demonstrations
  • create BoMs
  • run Proof of Concept activities
  • consult, influence, and design solutions to meet customer desired outcomes

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of industry-related experience
  • Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings
  • Knowledge of Cisco's Solutions and networking fundamentals
  • CCNP preferred; will be a requirement to obtain within 12 months of hire
  • Customer intimacy skills
  • Pre-sales experience preferred
  • BS/BA (EE/CS) or relevant experience
