Job Description
Solutions Engineer focusing on Enterprise Networking and technical sales for Cisco's strategic accounts. Collaborating with Account Executives and providing technical guidance to customers.
Responsibilities:
- customer-focused technical sales professional
- ensures technical information and guidance is provided to the customer
- delivers meaningful outcomes based on Cisco’s product and services portfolio
- partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales technical function
- showcase Cisco solutions
- provide customer presentations
- perform technical demonstrations
- create BoMs
- run Proof of Concept activities
- consult, influence, and design solutions to meet customer desired outcomes
Requirements:
- 7+ years of industry-related experience
- Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings
- Knowledge of Cisco's Solutions and networking fundamentals
- CCNP preferred; will be a requirement to obtain within 12 months of hire
- Customer intimacy skills
- Pre-sales experience preferred
- BS/BA (EE/CS) or relevant experience
