Job Description
Technical solutions architect ensuring client needs are translated into viable technical solutions. Collaborating on technical proposals and support across functional teams in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical specialist during the sales process, translating business requirements into technical proposals, ensuring solution feasibility and alignment with client expectations while balancing efficiency, innovation, and viability.
- Gather technical and functional requirements from clients, understanding needs, environments, and constraints.
- Develop technical proposals, architecture diagrams, solution flows, and integration models.
- Support technical presentations, functional demonstrations, and client workshops.
- Identify technical risks, integration needs, and potential customizations of the proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with the services team to align proposed solutions with the technical roadmap and delivery capacity.
- Support the Marketing team with technical information and insights for commercial and corporate materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in technical pre-sales and/or solution architecture.
- Solid knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, information security, and cybersecurity.
- Clear technical communication skills with clients and internal teams, and the organization to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
