Job Description
Sales Manager responsible for developing sales strategies and building customer relationships in the French market. Join Amcor's innovative team in transforming the packaging industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine and execute sales strategies to meet targets and grow market share across France.
- Identify and secure opportunities in strategic product categories, including dispensing systems, applicators, closures, bottles, jars and related packaging.
- Build deep, trusted relationships with key customers, fully understand their needs and deliver tailored, high‑value solutions.
- Proactively support customers, address challenges and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize growth.
- Use sales data to identify trends, uncover opportunities and guide strategic decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with Project Development, Operations, R&D and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
- Prepare clear, insightful sales reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges and forward plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the rigid packaging industry; experience working with contract manufacturers is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the personal care and home care markets.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Native French speaker with advanced proficiency in English.
