Job Description
Sales Manager verkauft Photovoltaik, Wärmepumpen, Speicher, Wallboxen und Heartbeat. 1KOMMA5° elektrifiziert Haushalte mit KI-basierter Energiemanagementsoftware.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive advice and sell energy solutions to single-family homeowners and small businesses
- Sell photovoltaic systems, battery storage systems, heat pumps, EV charging stations, and the Heartbeat energy management system
- Use pre-qualified leads for consultations and successful sales closures
- Independently plan and structure appointments—both digitally and on-site
- Conduct efficient on-site customer appointments, from the initial assessment through proposal preparation
- Guide customers from initial contact through contract signing
- Communicate transparently and respond to customer questions
- Hand over projects to project coordination and technical construction management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable customer referrals
Requirements:
- Take your sales career to the next level or bring solid experience in B2C sales of complex, consultative products
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic manner
- Very good technical understanding
- Willingness to continuously develop professionally
- Interest in a dynamic, forward-looking industry
- Enthusiasm and conviction in your work
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Confident communication at a professional business level
