Job Description

Sales Manager leading high-ticket B2C sales team for personal development coaching brand in DACH market. Coaching sales team, optimizing performance, and meeting revenue targets in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the performance of the high-ticket B2C sales team in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Lead and manage setters and closers
  • Coach sales calls and conduct one-on-one meetings
  • Optimize closing performance
  • Revenue forecasting and KPI tracking
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly meetings

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven success closing high-ticket B2C deals
  • Average deal value > €3,000
  • Experience with the setter-closer model
  • Initial leadership experience managing closers or setters — with demonstrable results
  • Native-level German
  • Numbers-oriented and performance-driven
  • Background in coaching, fitness, finance, or online business
  • Experience in emotionally-driven B2C sales
  • Experience with CRM systems and conversion tracking
