Job Description

Sales Operations Assistant managing sales administration for educational video company ClickView. Ensuring sales processes are efficient and supporting pipeline management in a remote role based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day sales admin and coordination to remove bottlenecks for the sales team
  • Support pipeline management by keeping notes, stages, and key details current in Salesforce
  • Ensure paperwork, documentation, and required sales processes are completed accurately and on time
  • Monitor tasks and next steps, and follow up with Sales Reps to keep deals progressing
  • Prepare and send follow-up communications to prospects when required
  • Help improve efficiency by spotting repetitive tasks and suggesting simpler ways to run them
  • Assist with basic reporting or dashboards (as needed) to support visibility across pipeline and activity

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Understanding of end-to end sales process and cycles is highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (able to confidently follow up with internal stakeholders and, at times, external prospects)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proactive and assertive when needed (you can tactfully chase Sales Reps and keep things moving)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • A process-minded approach: you enjoy making things more efficient and keeping systems clean
