Job Description
Field Operations Manager leading retail operations and third-party partnerships for Freeosk. Ensuring successful execution of in-store campaigns and improvements through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure third‑party and direct field staff are set up for success each week through clear instructionals, voicemail scripts, scheduling, and program readiness
- Maintain timely, proactive communication with field partners and internal teams; troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency
- Analyze service execution and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Proactively implement corrective actions and support training efforts to improve execution of the Freeosk platform
- Develop and document repeatable best practices for internal teams and external partners
- Support new product launches and new retail network implementations by ensuring seamless integration with field operations processes
- Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews, offering insights on performance and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in retail field operations, project management, client/customer service, or a similar operational role
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, data validation)
- Experience working with external partners or third‑party labor providers
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure execution environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to internal stakeholders, field teams, and external partners
- Process‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience using data and insights to drive decisions and continuous improvement
- Exposure to AI agent use and/or development is a plus
