Job Description
Operations Manager at JLL ensuring compliance and quality in property management. Managing budgets, vendor relationships, and client deliverables for a better real estate service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications
- Manage property management budgets and perform CAM collection
- Maintain site accommodations and services
- Ensure quality of staff and develop them
- Liaise with local authorities and manage critical relationships
- Ensure timely submission of client deliverables
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology
- Strong budget management skills
- Ability to liaise with municipal authorities
- Experience with vendor relationship management
- Ability to appraise and develop staff
- Ability to ensure compliance with legislation
