Job Description

Operations Manager at JLL ensuring compliance and quality in property management. Managing budgets, vendor relationships, and client deliverables for a better real estate service.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications
  • Manage property management budgets and perform CAM collection
  • Maintain site accommodations and services
  • Ensure quality of staff and develop them
  • Liaise with local authorities and manage critical relationships
  • Ensure timely submission of client deliverables

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Ability to liaise with municipal authorities
  • Experience with vendor relationship management
  • Ability to appraise and develop staff
