Job Description
Enterprise Support Engineer at Second Front Systems supporting U.S. government customers deploying on Game Warden. Enhance applications and resolve incidents in a fast-paced, security-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Architect, improve, and implement customer applications.
- Deploy and support applications in our cloud-native platform.
- Build, test, validate, and operate customer applications on Game Warden.
- Research and develop solutions to improve customer deployment outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and security teams.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across infrastructures.
- Develop and document new solutions independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Contribute to a team culture of innovation, diversity, and excellence.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
- Experience as a Software Engineer or DevSecOps Engineer.
- DoD 8570 compliance.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of zero-trust architectures, threat modeling, and secure coding practices.
- Ability to operate in high-pressure enterprise support environments.
- Strong interest in matters of national security.
