Job Description
Estagiária de Sales Operations na impulseup, HRTech de gestão de desempenho. Apoiando CRM HubSpot, dados de vendas e processos comerciais com Excel e ferramentas de BI.
Responsibilities:
- Support the commercial team in structuring processes, cleaning the CRM, and extracting sales data
- Act as HubSpot guardian, managing users, permissions, fields/properties, and day-to-day pipeline criteria
- Resolve sellers' tactical CRM questions and assist in fixing minor errors or system tickets
- Monitor CRM data integrity and ensure required fields are completed
- Compile and visually organize sales data for forecast and pipeline review meetings
- Assist in mapping sales operational flows
- Create short tutorials for ongoing training of the commercial team
- Interact with closers, pre-sales, and commercial managers to ensure reliable data, properly configured tools, and efficient processes
Requirements:
- Enrolled from the 3rd year of an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Ability to interpret spreadsheets and identify quantitative discrepancies
- Availability for a 6-hour/day internship (30 hours per week)
- Analytical, organized profile with curiosity about processes and data
- Good communication skills to interact with the commercial team
- Familiarity and practical use of Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to improve technical efficiency
- Plus: experience with or prior knowledge of HubSpot or other CRMs
- Plus: basic SQL knowledge, BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI, or automation tools
