Job Description
Partner Operations Analyst managing onboarding, partner support, automation, and launches. Scaling operations for Thumbtack’s home-services marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Own the partner onboarding pipeline from Partner Application Portal to Pro Marketplace, ensuring partners are set up, live, and active
- Provide ongoing account management for high-value software and marketing partners as the main operational point of contact
- Lead independent projects from scoping, planning, and delivery
- Drive process and systems improvements by managing timelines and dependencies across teams
- Build and maintain automation, including AI tools, for data collection, tracking, and reporting
- Support new pilots and partnership launches, including fulfillment, refunds, pro surveys, and early program feedback
- Partner with Engineering, external developers, Partnerships, and Support to resolve issues and test new tools
- Maintain workflows, documentation, and Jira dashboards so volume, bottlenecks, and partner health are visible to leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years in operations, partner or account management, customer success, or support operations, preferably at a marketplace or tech company
- Experience owning a process end to end, from mapping and documenting it to improving it
- Track record of delivering a cross-functional project, setting the plan, managing dependencies, and demonstrating the result
- Comfortable with Salesforce, Jira, and spreadsheets
- Experience building dashboards or reports
- Exposure to APIs and product integrations
- Experience using AI or automation tools to reduce manual work
- Clear written and verbal English
- Confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external partners
- Ability to work U.S. hours, including graveyard shifts, with occasional schedule changes
- Must currently reside anywhere in the Philippines and be authorized to work there
