Job Description
Remote facility maintenance specialist overseeing JLL commercial property operations across North Luzon. Improving maintenance performance, compliance, safety, and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operational activities across North Luzon commercial properties
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize building performance
- Coordinate emergency repairs and minimize disruption to building operations
- Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure properties comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives
- Oversee contractor safety protocols and regulatory adherence
- Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery
- Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant concerns and requests
- Build and maintain relationships with local contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management and clients
- Monitor building systems performance and implement efficiency improvements
- Analyze maintenance costs and develop budget-conscious operational strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the North Luzon property cluster
- Support sustainability and energy efficiency programs
- Lead and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors across multiple properties
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance staff
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and compliance records
Requirements:
- Ensure buildings and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Experience or qualifications relevant to commercial real estate, skilled trades, technology, facility maintenance, or related work (the posting encourages applicants who do not meet all requirements)
- Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives
- Ability to oversee contractor safety protocols and regulatory adherence
- Ability to monitor and analyze facility performance metrics

- Ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors across multiple properties
