Job Description
Sales Operations Program Manager at Smart Care coordinating and improving sales training and development initiatives. Enhancing onboarding and ensuring effective sales processes among teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute sales training programs, including the rollout and reinforcement of the Sandler sales methodology
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve structured onboarding programs for new service and project sales representatives
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure new hires ramp quickly and consistently
- Support ongoing training and reinforcement of sales systems, tools, and processes to drive adoption and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, operations, finance, and training teams to align sales initiatives with business goals
- Track, monitor, and report on training effectiveness, onboarding progress, and adoption of sales disciplines
- Identify performance gaps and recommend scalable solutions to improve productivity and results
- Standardize best practices across teams to create a consistent, repeatable sales process
- Manage timelines, communications, and deliverables for multiple concurrent sales enablement projects
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project management, sales enablement, or sales operations
- Experience supporting or implementing formal sales methodologies
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across teams
- Experience developing training programs or onboarding processes
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve program effectiveness
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Passion for developing people and improving sales performance
- Ability to travel occasionally (approximately 5%)
