Job Description
Vertriebsmitarbeiter verkauft Onlinenachhilfe-Produkte der Schülerhilfe telefonisch. Beratung von Interessenten, Angebotserstellung und Vertragsabschlüsse ohne Kaltakquise im Home-Office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone consultations and sales calls with interested prospects—no cold calling
- Prepare quotations based on customer needs
- Close contracts
- Coordinate trial lessons
- Conduct feedback calls
- Communicate with prospects via email and WhatsApp
- Sell online tutoring products by phone
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training is preferred, ideally in a commercial field or as a sales associate
- Experience in telephone sales or telephone-based consulting, ideally in the services sector
- Career changers are also welcome
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, strong verbal and written communication, and a customer- and service-oriented telephone manner
- Flexibility, commitment, and a strong willingness to perform
- English skills are desirable
