Job Description
Junior Sales Manager for online tutoring products requiring phone sales and client communication. Engaging in client consultations and administrative tasks in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct telephone consultations and sales calls with our prospects (NO cold calling)
- Prepare proposals based on customer needs and finalize contracts
- Coordinate trial lessons and conduct feedback sessions
- Communicate with prospects via email and WhatsApp
Requirements:
- A completed vocational qualification is desirable, ideally in a commercial field or as a sales professional
- Experience in telephone sales or telephone-based consulting, ideally in the service sector (career changers are also welcome)
- Strong communication skills, empathy, excellent verbal expression, and a customer- and service-oriented telephone manner
- Flexibility, commitment, and willingness to perform
- English language skills are a plus
