Job Description

Sales Representative role at Smithfield Foods focusing on building customer relationships and managing product categories. Provides administrative support to the sales team and collaborates with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to track and analyze daily and weekly sales performance
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to engage with current and prospective customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage sales accounts and resolve customer issues
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
