Job Description
Vertriebsmitarbeiter für digitale TaxTech-Lösungen bei fino taxtech. Neukunden gewinnen, Kundenbeziehungen ausbauen und Produkte online sowie vor Ort präsentieren.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships
- Identify potential customers and proactively engage with them through various channels
- Conduct consultation calls, presentations, and product demos online and on-site
- Plan, organize, and conduct personal customer meetings and on-site appointments
- Present products and solutions and demonstrate their value to customers
- Attend trade fairs, events, and industry events and represent fino taxtech
- Build new contacts at trade fairs and events and develop them into business opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and develop suitable solutions
- Guide prospects through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing
- Maintain activities and customer information in a structured manner in the CRM system
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Support teams
- Share customer feedback and support the further development of products and sales processes
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer service
- Enjoy proactively engaging with people and building personal customer relationships
- Strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a confident, professional manner
- Enjoy customer meetings on-site, presentations, and events
- Willingness to travel within Germany for customer meetings, trade fairs, and events
- Ability to identify customer needs and explain complex topics clearly
- Goal-oriented, independent, and structured approach to work
- Motivation to learn about digital products and the TaxTech sector
- Enjoy working collaboratively to achieve goals as a team
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good English skills are an advantage
