Job Description
Sales representative managing the South Shore of Montreal territory for VIBRANT Marketing. Develop strong client relationships and manage a territory effectively to boost sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage your territory
- Increase the number of active retail locations
- Build strong business relationships with clients
- Ensure in-store execution that aligns with company strategies
- Support in-store merchandising activities
- Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials
- Plan your customer visits and meetings effectively
- Track your activities using the mobile app
- Collaborate with your supervisor to meet and exceed targets
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required)
- Experience in field sales, representation, or merchandising
- Strong results orientation and ability to meet/exceed targets
- Self-motivated and excellent time management
- Comfortable with technology tools (mobile reporting, digital tracking)
- Access to a smartphone and a computer with Internet
- Excellent command of French
Benefits:
- Car allowance: $1,000/month
- Cell phone allowance: $40/month
- Signing bonus: $250 after 3 months
- Retention bonus: $750 after 12 months
