Job Description

Remote Medicare sales support associate assisting agents with enrollments, CRM, compliance, and carrier processes. Supporting recruiting, communications, licensing, and escalated agency needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for agents and agencies across marketing and sales administration, client meetings, new business enrollments and processing, compliance, IT support, and general team needs
  • Support new and existing relationships
  • Liaise with support teams regarding escalations related to new business, commissions, contracting, and technology platforms
  • Provide marketing and CRM system training, administration, and implementation
  • Assist agents with website navigation, supply ordering, commission statements, and app status
  • Handle client files confidentially while maintaining accurate records and file security according to compliance procedures and standards
  • Resolve escalated agent concerns and issues
  • Conduct proactive outreach to existing agents regarding carrier items, level-up qualifiers, certification calls, webinars, and co-op reimbursement
  • Share knowledge of lines of business and product types and answer team questions
  • Manage proactive communications to TR, including newsletters, Vidyard content, and carrier bulletins
  • Serve as an expert on carrier processes and procedures
  • Seek recruiting opportunities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • One (1) or more years Administrative experience in a sales or recruiting environment, a health/life insurance agency, or a financial services office
  • Experience with Senior Health Insurance/Medicare plans - quoting, plan selection, client enrollment
  • Active Health & Life Insurance License
  • Knowledge of general industry procedures, standards, systems, resources, practices and terminology
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws as well as industry regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, time management, and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail while remaining flexible and responsive to multiple urgent requests
  • Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
