Job Description
Administrateur(trice) Salesforce pour maintenir et optimiser la plateforme CRM dans une entreprise de biopharmaceutique. Travaillant en télétravail, avec responsabilité dans la gestion des utilisateurs et des améliorations du système.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform
- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, and other administrative tasks
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for users
- Regularly perform data management tasks such as imports, data cleansing, and duplicate management
- Create and manage reports and dashboards
- Communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Provide end-user support
- Work with management and subject-matter experts to design and implement solutions
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications
- Design and implement automation processes
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other systems
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends
- Test system enhancements and perform quality assurance tasks
- Document changes made to the Salesforce instance
- Ensure backups are performed as scheduled
- Stay informed about new Salesforce features
- Participate in special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience as a CRM system administrator
- Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Ability to understand and resolve Salesforce-related issues
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce features and limitations
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Knowledge of Pardot, Mulesoft, and Power BI is an asset
- Experience managing multiple projects from requirements gathering to solution delivery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a team player focused on excellence
