Job Description

Remote Scheduling Specialist providing outreach and support to health care members across the U.S. Navigating eligible members through healthcare programs with focus on excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outreach and support for eligible members
  • Navigate members through available Clinical/Patient Programs
  • Conduct member outreach phone calls
  • Collaborate with partners to facilitate member experience
  • Excel in customer service and contribute to member satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience helping members navigate access to care through Medicare Advantage or HMO
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
