Job Description
Remote Scheduling Specialist providing outreach and support to health care members across the U.S. Navigating eligible members through healthcare programs with focus on excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outreach and support for eligible members
- Navigate members through available Clinical/Patient Programs
- Conduct member outreach phone calls
- Collaborate with partners to facilitate member experience
- Excel in customer service and contribute to member satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience helping members navigate access to care through Medicare Advantage or HMO
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to communicate positively, professionally and effectively with others
- Effective written and oral communication skills
