Job Description
Account Manager focusing on global operator and aggregator accounts in iGaming industry. Ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth while analyzing product performance and managing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of global operator and aggregator accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and consistent turnover growth.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Live Casino and RNG products.
- Develop and maintain structured account plans, revenue forecasts, and quarterly growth targets.
- Analyze product and partner performance (GGR, turnover, session KPIs, utilization metrics) to drive actionable insights.
- Prepare and lead commercial proposals and deal extensions.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders — from product managers to C-level executives at operators.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for partner issues and coordinate solutions internally.
- Represent the company at conferences (ICE, SiGMA, SBC, iGB Live) and regional events.
- Work closely with Product, Tech, Integrations, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to deliver a seamless partner experience.
- Support launch planning, promotional planning, and roadmap alignment for key accounts.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the online gaming industry, especially Live Casino and/or RNG/Slot products.
- Looking for an Account Manager with specific partnerships / connections with Stake.com is key in this role
- Knowledge of major providers, product mechanics, differentiating features, and market trends.
- Understanding of player preferences across major regions (Europe, CIS, Asia, LatAm).
- Experience with operator back-offices, lobbies, bonuses, configurations, and KPIs is an advantage.
- Stay informed about market trends, key competitor releases, regional player preferences, and regulatory updates.
- 3–6 years in B2B account management, partner success, or commercial roles.
- iGaming experience preferred, but strong B2B SaaS/software account managers from other industries are encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record of proactive commercial growth (upsells, expansion deals, revenue ownership).
- Established network among operators, aggregators, or platform providers in at least one major region (Europe preferred).
- Experience working with both Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and ability to manage high velocity of requests.
- Strong organizational skills and confidence in a fast-scaling, dynamic environment.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish, Arabic) are an advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), reporting dashboards, and Excel/Sheets.
- Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings and conferences.
