Job Description
As a Finance accountant, you will work with interstellar companies 80-90% remotely. Role includes supporting finance teams and process optimization with occasional client trips.
Responsibilities:
- You collaborate approximately every six months with well-known (interstellar) companies from various industries.
- You support their finance teams in day-to-day operations as well as on special projects.
- During engagements you are the primary point of contact for your client and work completely independently.
- Process optimization at your clients is expressly encouraged.
- You have the opportunity to secure attractive projects for yourself through strong self-presentation during interview processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in financial accounting
- Completed vocational training or a degree in taxation, accounting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting under HGB; experience with IFRS is a plus
- Confident user of SAP FI or other systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, DATEV and/or Oracle
- Fluent in German and a very good command of English
- Willingness to travel across Germany (at least for technical project onboarding & up to 5 days per month)
