Job Description
Senior alliances executive building strategic partnerships for PowerSchool, a cloud-based K-12 education software leader. Driving revenue growth through consultative sales, deal development, and cross-functional alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships that support revenue growth for PowerSchool
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of PowerSchool solutions to identify optimal partnership opportunities
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities
- Nurture relationships throughout all phases of the partnership process
- Ensure alignment between partner and PowerSchool solutions
- Manage deal development reporting for each phase of the contracting cycle in Salesforce CRM
- Serve as a consultative professional, identifying use cases and developing deal structures that maximize value for all stakeholders
- Establish strong relationships across PowerSchool departments to build alignment on partnership strategy and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of business experience within the K12 software and services market.
- Track record of success meeting sales or alliances targets with C-Suite decision makers
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- Travel occasionally, up to 10-20%
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Consultative sales approach
- Proactive attitude toward sourcing and securing actionable partnerships
- Ability to accurately identify optimal partnership opportunities
- Ability to accurately manage deal development reporting in Salesforce CRM
- Ability to identify use cases and develop deal structures
- Ability to establish strong relationships across PowerSchool departments
