Job Description

Construction Project Executive overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and teams. Delivering turnkey mission-critical data center infrastructure for Integra Mission Critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete accountability and direction for entire projects in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
  • Lead project teams and nurture existing client relationships
  • Develop divisional work plans covering construction projects and facilities services operations
  • Assign work activities and review projects and contracts for compliance
  • Serve as primary contact for internal and external communities on capital planning and construction
  • Develop and administer facilities services and construction project budgets
  • Monitor and approve expenditures
  • Develop and implement divisional goals and strategies
  • Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting activities
  • Interface with and oversee third-party agencies, vendors, and contractors as the Company’s Agent
  • Advise executive leadership and professional staff on relevant issues
  • Prepare and present reports and correspondence
  • Develop RFQs, RFPs, bids, contracts, and proposals
  • Represent the company in agreements and negotiate/administer contracts with agencies, vendors, architects, engineers, operators, and others
  • Supervise property rentals, leases, and property management responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate strategies for safe, functional, secure, clean, and orderly facilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering OR minimum of 15 years of professional construction experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of Construction Management/Engineering experience with Mission Critical/Data Center or Heavy Industrial background
  • Preferred PMP Certification
  • BIM awareness and thorough understanding of the industry
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large cross-functional teams and/or managing people
  • Ability to assemble and manage productive construction teams in a large GC environment
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, CSI building codes, and industry best practices
  • Experience with Owner / Design / Contractor agreements and ability to navigate project-related issues within agreement terms
  • Preferred MBA, Master’s in Engineering, Management, or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced construction management software experience, such as ProCore and P6
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with MS Suite of Products
  • Experience developing project cost proposals and negotiating agreement terms between the company and client
