Job Description
Senior Analyst at Ipiranga overseeing operational efficiency and data-driven solutions across teams and business units. Driving strategic initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships for enhanced outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient operation of the technical team by connecting business areas and data teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategy, anticipate risks, optimize processes, and promote a data-driven culture.
- Monitor the day-to-day activities of the technical team, ensuring everyone is aligned with objectives.
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, and to listen to and understand the needs of the team and the business areas supported by the team.
- Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and find solutions quickly.
- Anticipate problems and act proactively to prevent them, demonstrating strong critical judgment and a sense of urgency.
- Plan and prioritize activities to ensure tickets are addressed promptly, meeting service requirements within defined SLAs.
- Manage conflicts and ensure all stakeholders are satisfied with outcomes.
- Manage budget, risk control, vendor evaluation and contracting, present metrics to monitor deliveries, and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify pain points, and align data requests with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Design implementation plans for data-driven solutions, considering technical feasibility and expected impact.
- Act as a liaison between technical areas (data engineering, data science) and the business, promoting a data-driven culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience translating business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, modeling, and measuring results.
- Ability to structure and present strategies for data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and languages such as SQL or Python (experience with SQL or Python is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in projects involving digital transformation or analytics culture.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management.
- Experience with big data solutions and Data Science.
