Job Description
Senior Analyst at Mercer Advisors enhancing revenue strategy with analytics, dashboards, and operational support. Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Client Service for strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to support revenue planning and operational decision‑making.
- Analyze key revenue metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, funnel performance, forecast accuracy) to identify trends and root causes.
- Surface actionable insights that improve sales productivity and operational efficiency across the revenue organization.
- Improve revenue processes including lead‑to‑client conversion, pipeline hygiene, territory alignment, and handoff between Marketing, Sales, and Client Service.
- Evaluate and implement tools, workflows, and automation to streamline operations and enhance data quality.
- Support business performance reviews by delivering structured insights and standardized reporting packages.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Service to unify revenue data, align KPIs, and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance to support operational alignment on forecasting, compensation modeling, and strategic business initiatives.
- Engage with Marketing to evaluate campaign performance and support attribution analysis across the full funnel.
- Maintain data integrity across CRM and BI systems; identify and resolve data inconsistencies to ensure high‑quality reporting.
- Define and document standard KPIs, reporting frameworks, and data dictionaries used across the revenue organization.
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business analytics, or related roles; SaaS or high‑growth environment experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and visualizations; proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Understanding of funnel analytics, forecasting methodologies, segmentation, and revenue performance metrics.
- Experience working with large datasets and performing root‑cause analysis to identify revenue leakage or performance gaps.
- Strong written, verbal, and data‑storytelling communication—able to present insights to senior leadership clearly and concisely.
- High degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
