Job Description
Senior Brand Communication Specialist managing brand communication for Jugabet, a gaming platform in Latin America. Shaping brand narratives and overseeing PR, content, and CRM communications.
Responsibilities:
- Own and shape the brand’s voice and communication across all channels;
- Take responsibility for content direction, not just copy execution;
- Work at the intersection of content, PR, CRM, and social media;
- Build consistent, long-term brand narratives;
- Ensure the brand sounds clear, recognizable, and aligned everywhere — from press releases to in-app messages.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content management, PR, or brand communications;
- Strong writing and editing skills in Chilean Spanish and English;
- Experience with PR content (press releases, announcements, official statements);
- Experience with CRM communications (email campaigns, push notifications, in-app messages);
- Experience with Social media copy;
- Proven ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple channels;
- Strategic mindset combined with strong attention to detail;
- Experience creating or maintaining tone of voice or content guidelines;
- Experience in betting, gaming, or fintech - nice to have.
