Job Description
Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis and project management. Supporting large-scale IT initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Ensuring accuracy in documenting system functionality and regulatory requirements
- Leading projects and facilitating discussions on requirements
- Producing clear documentation for functional and non-functional requirements
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, communications, computer science, or a related field
- 10 years’ experience in business analysis
- 10+ years’ experience with project management frameworks
- 10+ years’ experience working with large-scale IT operations
- 10+ years’ experience defining functional and system requirements
- 10+ years’ experience producing clear, complete, and actionable requirements documentation
- 10+ years’ experience ensuring accuracy in documenting system functionality
- 10+ years’ experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
- Preferred Skills: 8 years’ experience with interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills across stakeholder groups
- 5 years’ experience working with government regulations
- 5 years’ experience supporting project management activities
- 5 years’ experience leading a team or workgroup
- 5 years’ experience interpreting policies and translating regulatory requirements
- 2 years’ experience gathering management information system (MIS) requirements
