Job Description

Senior BDR generating qualified leads for Outseer’s AI-powered fraud prevention platform. Managing outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM updates, and early pipeline development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support lead generation, pipeline creation, meeting scheduling, qualification, CRM enhancement, and maintenance across multiple markets
  • Qualify inbound leads and create outbound leads via phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns
  • Support attendance for Outseer-sponsored events and webinars
  • Identify new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive early sales-pipeline stages
  • Engage targeted accounts through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
  • Research accounts and contacts to identify buying teams, business needs, and decision-makers; add prospects to the CRM
  • Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads and set appointments for Account Executives or Sales Managers
  • Plan, execute, and track multi-touch outreach sequences using sales cadence platforms such as Lemlist
  • Handle objections and communicate Outseer’s value proposition to decision-makers
  • Transfer qualified leads to Account Managers with detailed discovery notes
  • Build collaborative relationships with the sales team
  • Drive engagement and attendance for regional events, executive dinners, and Sales and Marketing programs
  • Maintain knowledge of Outseer product offerings
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence
  • Meet or exceed Sales Accepted Lead and pipeline-development targets
  • Develop prospecting strategies, outreach techniques, and campaign innovations
  • Participate in cross-functional Sales and Marketing projects
  • Represent Outseer at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars as needed
  • Report on lead status, discovery sessions, pipeline progress, and outreach activity
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, activities, and prospect information
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates and optimize outreach processes

Requirements:

  • BA or equivalent experience in Marketing & Business
  • 4+ years’ experience with customer service, inbound and outbound tele sales, or market development activities
  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Ability to translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for customers
  • Ability to learn product offerings
  • Proven ability to network and research competitors and clients
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Lemlist, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency using AI-powered tools for prospect research, account intelligence, outreach personalization, messaging, and day-to-day productivity
  • Adaptability and openness to change
  • Proactive, results-driven approach and ownership of outcomes
  • Effective workload management, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving
  • Strong facilitation and written communication skills
