Job Description

Business operations leader scaling Adobe Firefly Foundry’s enterprise GenAI pre-sales organization. Driving pipeline governance, executive reporting, customer engagements, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational cadences and reviews driving Firefly Foundry pre-sales accountability, impact, and execution
  • Track goals, timelines, success metrics, strategic roadmaps, and execution plans
  • Own new business and customer opportunities involving Firefly Foundry Field CTOs or VP
  • Coordinate internal and external research and preparation with account teams
  • Drive consistent customer pipeline progression across pre-sales and post-sales teams
  • Collaborate with GTM, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Field Enablement on onboarding, enablement, and customer-facing materials
  • Prepare analytics, reporting insights, and executive-ready narratives for internal reviews and external customer engagements
  • Advise Firefly Foundry and C&P leadership on performance, problems, and needed changes
  • Ensure customer outcomes through handoffs and alignment across account teams, Solution Consultants, Creative Technologists, and Product Delivery

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in business operations, strategy, sales operations, or related fields
  • Preferred experience in enterprise SaaS, highly matrixed organizations, and creative and marketing industries
  • Experience supporting pre-sales or technical sales organizations
  • Ability to manage priorities, deliverables, and dependencies accurately and urgently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with generative AI, creative and marketing workflows, and everyday work tools
  • Maniacal attention to detail and extreme ownership
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, approximately 25% of the month
